Yay, I finally won something

Jamie Mottram and Dan Shanoff have put together a list of the top-20 most influential sports bloggers on the internet and it's safe to say that I'll never even come close to that list. But don't feel too bad for me, I did manage to win one award. Yes, I won the award for "most worthless sports blog". Here's what was said about yours truly.

Davey, Blown Coverage : Simply put, this is the worst sports blog on the entire web. It doesn't even deserve to be called a "sports blog". A drunken sea otter with a computer and internet access can churn out something better than Davey produces.

Davey's posts are never funny, rarely informative and usually just end up making you dizzy and confused. But that's only if you actually make it through an entire post, which no one has ever done. That's what happens when you only make anus jokes and post dumb pictures.

The blog gets about 300 hits in an entire month and 270 of those hits are random google searches of poor unsuspecting souls that end up on his wasteland. His only regular visitor is Jay and Jay's visits are merely for pointing and laughing. Just horrible...

Yes, kind words indeed. Well, at least I look smashing in that picture....
