Every so now and then you come across a headline that is just too good to pass up. For example, "Intestinal Turmoil keeps Manny on the Bench".

Manny Ramirez was out of the lineup Sunday against the Detroit Tigers because of a stomach ailment, although the Red Sox outfielder is expected to play in the All-Star Game.

Boston manager Terry Francona said Ramirez was weakened by "intestinal turmoil." He added that the 11-time All-Star will travel to San Francisco for Tuesday's showcase game.

I really wonder how Francona's expression was when he said that because I couldn't even type it with a straight face. Kudos to Francona for keeping it clean though, because I'm pretty sure that I would've used the term "violent, ass-burning diarrhea".

Like that fine gentleman in the animation there. Look at the pure discomfort that he's experiencing. He knows that his gooch is going to go up in flames any moment now.
